1. General provisions Services booking encompasses the provision and realization of services to third parties (including hotel services, transportation services, conference services, catering services, organization services etc.) inside and outside Ukraine. Hotel reservations are made based on rules and conditions set out by respective hotel.
2. Booking and services confirmation 2.1. Hotel reservations as well as services booking in Kiev and other cities in Ukraine may be made as follows: • Complete application form on our website. Click on “accommodation booking” on the webpage of the hotel you choose. • Send inquiry at hotel@uhp.net.ua. • Send inquiry by fax: +380444922950 2.2. If sent on a working day preliminary details confirmation is done within 24 hours after the submission of inquiry. If sent on weekend or official holiday, we will contact you on the first following working day. 3. Prices and payments 3.1. Prices shall be established in national currency of Ukraine including VAT. 3.2. Hotel reservations shall be made on condition of 100% advance payment by customer after preliminary confirmation of reservation by UHP booking manager. 3.3. Payment forms and conditions: - non-cash - cash or credit card (at UHP office) - cash or credit card (to UHP courier or agent) - bank transfer at the closest bank branch - On-line credit card payment
Payments shall be considered settled only when wired amount is received on UHP banking account. All banking expenses are borne by the payer. In the event of untimely payment confirmation, UHP shall be entitled to cancel reservation. 4. Changing and Canceling booked services All changes and additions shall be faxed in writing to: +380444922950 or sent at hotel@uhp.net.ua. To avoid misunderstandings it is essential that confirmation be received from company. Cancellation shall be made at least 3 days before check-in date to avoid cancellation fee. In the event of a guest no-show or cancellation less than 3 days before check-in date one night’s payment cannot be returned out of the total payment.
